American Packaging delivers to customers in the San Francisco Bay
Area on our own trucks at no additional charge. Orders outside our
local delivery area will be shipped either via UPS or LTL/Common
Carrier depending upon volume and weight. If you have a preferred
shipping method, please notify us and we will accommodate your
request to the best of our ability.
If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at
510-877-9000 or by email
customerservice@amerpkg.com. Items that are defective will be
replaced without charge. Items that were ordered in error are
subject to a restocking charge if they are returned unused in the
original packaging if they are non-custom manufactured. Products
that were manufactured specifically at the customers request or
specification are not returnable nor refundable.
Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your
order. UPS does not charge for this service. There may be a
charge when using a truck line. Orders delivered on American
Packaging trucks will be delivered inside upon request.
PRICES
American Packaging strives to maintain prices at the lowest
level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to
circumstances beyond our control. Prices that are different than
those shown, including items without prices on the website will be
confirmed prior to shipment.
Our payment terms are either COD or Net30 on accounts with
established and credit history in good standing. COD payments may be
arranged by company check or by preauthorization of charges to a
credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Any other payment arrangements
must be made prior to shipment of merchandise. To complete an
